Background :
I am checmical engineer from premium institute and was working in ACC for past 28 years and was doing well.
Last few years career was not moving in right direction. In july management told me that I will be trasnfer but within 1 week on 5th aug I was asked to look for job and they have given me time till 31st dec. I have to resign from job.
I am trying JOB as well as starting business / consultancy but so far have’t reach a stage of stable income.
I got only 1 call for interview and as per my recruitement agent thay have shortlisted me and will call me again(so far due to diwali thay have not)
Most of astrologer says that there is no break in my career and I must get job before my last day(31st dec’09)

I liked your responses to astrology querries. Here’s a question with astrological academic interest:
(1) Should Saturn in my chart be considered favourable or unfavourable for worldly issues ?
Please explain in light of saturn’s placement in my chart
– Saturn is in Tula rasi but Retrograde
– Saturn being lord of a trik house (12th) is placed in another trik house (8th)
– Saturn a lord of one trik house is in exchange with another trik house, forming exchange with Venus.
(2) What are my prospects for spiritual attainment ? When ?

i am facing problem in my education right from last 4 to 5 years.
My relations with my relatives, my uncle(mama) have tensed a lot on a agricultural land dispute.
I left my engineering and now doing Bcom and trying to try out a new business and also into dads business
