Happiness

this is my first post and i write it happily.

the modern lifestyle is said to be of lot of stress/ anxiety. it is not to be so. the   lifestyle issue is an individual choice.

the meditation is misjudged as only the Monk’s Daily Routine. and any spiritual aspect in individual’s life is seen as renunciation from the world. it is scientifically proved that meditation has lot of positive effect in mind and body healing. the new generation is attracted towards well being phenomena. relaxation is required in the daily life and deep breathing and meditation helps our lives to be in harmony with the natural laws.

the early morning meditation does not mean that you are prohibited to join the late night disco.

there are no rules in spirituals terms. an individual choice reflects the direction of his life. modern lifestyle has its own pros and cons. happiness is not subjected only to the money accumulation. an individual whether he is urban or rural has choice to be happy and it does not require the ego gratification.

though we want to pursue our dreams and that is very fine choice, we shall not attached to the outcomes.

the unhappiness arises when we are subject to the approval of others, and create the fear in our lives. there is a very good book named ” your erroneous Zones” by Dr.W Wayne Dyer, that shows how be live a balanced and fulfilling life.

It is fact that there is a lot of pressure in our lives due to the misunderstanding that our position and financial status is factor of who we are. if it is to be so that Mahatma Gandhi could not be the Father of Nation India. We want money to buy happiness and usually get unhappiness. and we think that more or this and that will give us more happiness.

we better choose happiness rather than money, the happiness which comes from values definition, and that does not depend on outward things.

it is obvious to quote Dan Millman – author of “Peaceful warrior” here

“Act happy, feel happy, be happy, without a reason in the world. Then you can love, and do what you will.”
