Sri Lanka – as an investment oppurtunity

Filed under: PERSONAL DEVLOPMENT — Raj @ 6:35 am

after living in Sri Lanka for last five years i would like to share my understanding about the foreign investment opputunity in Sri Lanka.

the Civil War has ended and it gives immense opportunity for the Sri Lankans to word hard to take the country forward and most people are enthusiast in doing that. for foreigners point of view Sri Lanka is an island with beautiful beaches all around the country and also the hill stations and the national parks. so there is pretty much for foreigners to get attracted to visit Sri Lanka.

from the business(foreign Investment) point of view also the BOI Sri Lanka offers equal right to foreigners to come and invest in Sri Lanka with providing tax holidays and other facilities.  the rad tape exists but it is at low level.  Government of Sri Lanka is going for infrastructure development like highway building. there are many natural harbors like trincomalle, hambantoda etc. other than Colombo Port.

people are very friendly and co operative. and they like the foreigners to visit Sri Lanka.

Economic development potential is very high and government is also focusing on investment after the war has ended.

thanks,

Dreams

3P93NJ295694-02

Sitting in the office, pondering about the thing called success or manifesting a desired outcome; I hereby want to state my opinion on the said subject.
We have heard people saying that handwork is a key to success. It is true that hard work, dedication, and focused approach are important to achieve desired results. but this is not the foremost important things.

First thing that is important for success is desire or I like to say it simply “dreams”.
Do you and I dreams big enough to push ourselves towards achieving them?

To Dream of astounding success is first necessity for personality development.
So why do not people dream enough?
One reason can be stated as lack of self esteem. The cultural programming has big effect on every individual and their performance in daily life.  So I would like to develop my own positive affirmation with immense feeling of self acceptance and love inside out.
It is hard sometimes to think of self love when things are going pretty tough and the people surrounding us are having negative outlook on us. So what made some individual to practice the self love/acceptance?
Where does the desire born from?
In my opinion it’s a soul nature thereby not many people like to learn the laws of self love/acceptance.
Once the decision is made to seek out and learn the laws of self acceptance, the person follows an arduous path that makes him successful and achiever.
So again the people who achieve most are definitely the dreamers not really the hardworking people.
When Dr Kalam says dream, dream, dream; think, think, think and put that thought into action, act, act, and act.
The action is not only physical; it has a metal aspect also. How many thought we think, what kind of thoughts we think, how many decision we make? So and so.
Practice makes a man perfect.

Other than dreaming, the foremost important thing is visualization/ imagination for desired outcomes.

As per Rev. Scientist Albert Einstein,

“Imagination is more powerful than knowledge”

therefore I must imagine my desired outcome often, that the task I take everyday.
I must imagine the body I want to have.
I must imagine the lifestyle I want to have.
I must imagine the confidence I want to have.
I must imagine the love I want to have.
I must imagine the loveable person I want to become.
I must imagine myself as super achieved and happy go lucky man.
I must imagine associating with highly successful people and be one of them.
I must imagine myself as Richey rich and prosperous.
I must imagine myself contribution my ideas with other people.
I must make my focus on imagination that I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.

As per Motivational speaker and my role model Anthony Robbins

“If you can’t, you must; when you must, you can”

I want to thank you whoever reads this article.

God bless you all and lots of love from me.

GOD is not Great!

Filed under: PERSONAL DEVLOPMENT, SPIRITUALITY — Raj @ 10:12 am

there is two sides of a coin.  the world is made of dualistic nature.
God and Devil are the two wheels of a cart that is world.
Human race is evolving of the knowing that god is not great either.  all the misery in the world is because of God phenomena. the mind made god has made a bad impact on the humans and the world. every religion is raising war on the name of their almighty god. the god is so weak and helpless that the war mongers are to be believed to save him.the  wonder of ego is that mere beliefs are causing the shortsightedness and strife in the world.

the world has still its hope alive.

what need to be done?
we got to see that sanity and evil both is a part of our inherent nature and both are interchangeable.
we are to be just aware of our opinions and perception that makes our false/short identity. nature will always help us to realize our rootedness into being.

there are better work for us to be concerned about environment, education, health, wellbeing rather than praising the almighty God.

the peace is needed inside us so that it emanate all around us.

religion is an individual choice. and we never need a big alliance to be looking at other religion in hatred. what in important to understand is that most of the religious ceremonies teach/preach us about how great is our religion/god and how other religion is insignificant.  we are to be believed that we have to save our god/religion.  though i practice Hinduism, i would be averse to join any Mahatma (saint) seminar only because everyone around me is doing so. i know certain so called Mahatmas who are of trivial character but they are holding a religions flag to cite their importance. i also aware of fact that these so called Mahatmas have enormous devotee that will do any heinous crime if anything is uttered against their Saints/Gurus.

real saints  are rare  and  rare are people who practice true faith irrespective of their religious backgrounds.

my purpose of writing this article is to remind myself that being a better human being is needed not the pooja/archans (worship) of notorious Mahatmas or God Almighty. our wishes, desire, and dreams should be considered sane and we let listen our heart. we shall not practice something because our parents did or our society approves it.  let hope for peace in our heart so it come into the world of ours.
